Instructions for charging
Charging at a public wallbox works as shown in the video and, at vlotte charging stations, is not dependent on the manufacturer.
Detecting an anomaly at a charging station.
If your charging process is cancelled or another fault occurs, please restart the charging process. In some vehicles, the central locking system must be locked during charging. Opening the car door can also lead to the charging process being cancelled.
Station faults can look as follows:
1. the charging station shows an error code on the display.
2. one or more red LEDs light up on the charging station.
3. no LEDs are lit and the charging station display is dark.
4. the charging station does not start charging or the charging process is cancelled repeatedly.
In the event of a fault at the station itself, please complete the following form so that we can repair the station as quickly as possible.
